We have an absolute commitment to ensuring honesty in our advertising, and customer communications. We regularly test our competitors and have found that more than 95% do not describe their products correctly. For example, in almost all cases where competitors describe their products as Cashmere, they are in fact made of man made material or low quality wool.

ABOUT OUR SHAWLS

Our shawls are imported directly from areas of Nepal, Mongolia, China, and various other regions of Kashmir. We make every effort to confirm the authenticity of each item – spot testing every batch and asking all providers to guarantee they send us the authentic items we order. We also have independent tests performed by specialist testing laboratories to ensure our products are exactly as labeled. In addition, we personally check every shawl we sell, prior to mailing. We are not the producer however, so we cannot absolutely guarantee the authenticity of every single product we sell. In the rare event an item is sent out that is not as described or has a fault, we will exchange the item or provide a full refund (whichever you prefer).

All our shawls are brand new and very well packaged. We can also provide Gift Wrapping and direct delivery to Gift Recipients if you choose to purchase our products through Amazon.

We can typically deliver USA orders within 3-5 business days. We also offer next day/2 day delivery options (see shipping rates for additional charges for these services). We welcome all overseas buyers, and can deliver to most countries by air mail in 5-7 business days.
